Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Information

For orders over 300 EUR, shipping within the European Union is free.

The ordered jewelry will be delivered by FedEx courier to the specified address.

Orders made from our in-stock jewelry will be handed over to the courier service on the following business day, but within 5 business days at the latest. For jewelry items, the product page always indicates whether the selected piece is available in stock or will be custom-made after the order is placed, along with the applicable delivery time.

Thanks to FedEx, you can rest assured that your package is safe. We can track your package and provide the necessary background documentation.

Please note that we are currently able to accept orders through the webshop only for EU countries.

If you wish to order jewelry to a country outside the EU, please send your order by email to vincells@vincells.com.

 

International Orders:

We can only fulfill international orders after payment by credit card (Stripe, PayPal) or advance bank transfer on our website. For credit card payments, we will issue your invoice after the payment. For advance bank transfer, a proforma invoice will be issued and sent to you.

The invoice will be issued, and the order delivered after the amount has been received and processed. After settling the proforma invoice and issuing the invoice, your jewelry will be shipped to you by FedEx courier.

The transit time for international shipping ranges from 2 to 10 days, depending on the country, and any potential customs clearance time and costs must be considered.

If a package is not collected after a failed delivery, it may automatically be returned to the seller after the storage period expires. In such a case, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, as the order implies a payment and collection obligation.

Please always inspect your package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage to the product or signs of tampering, always request a report to be filed. Without this, we cannot accept subsequent complaints. The customer must verify the integrity of their package in the presence of the shipping company’s employee and only accept undamaged goods.

The seller assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the shipment. The costs of compensating for damages during shipping are borne by the shipping company, but the seller will cooperate in the process.

 

Return Information

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase of in-stock jewelry within 30 days of the delivery.

For unique, custom-made jewelry created specifically for the given customer or made from unique/own wine, we do not accept the intention to withdraw. There is no possibility of a refund for custom orders.

You can submit your intention to withdraw by filling out and submitting the withdrawal declaration.

You can also request this by e-mail and we will send it to you, which must be returned in all cases.

The right of withdrawal without justification is counted as 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

We only accept returns of goods in their original packaging, containing all parts of the packaging, intact and in perfect condition. If you return goods with damaged or incomplete packaging, damaged goods, or goods showing signs of use, the seller is entitled to refuse the right of withdrawal.

The cost of return shipping is always borne by the customer.”

You can place your order in the online store on the website or by sending an email to vincells@vincells.com.

By ordering the product, the Customer accepts the general terms and conditions and acknowledges that their order is always subject to acceptance and payment.

 

Payment
Stripe or PayPal payment

You can also pay for the product you want to buy with a credit card via the Stripe or PayPal system. This is an instant card payment method. This payment method can be started after sending the Order. In case of the PayPal payment, the transaction does not take place on the current page. The site automatically navigates to PayPal’s own page, which allows secure and controlled card payments, which is our official contracted partner to make the payment. After completing the transaction, the product is purchased. You will receive a notification about the status of your order shortly.

After placing the order, a fee request invoice will be issued to you, on the basis of which the transfer can be made to the bank account number indicated below.
