Shipping and refunds
We provide free delivery for all our customers in Hungary.
The ordered jewelry will be delivered by the GLS courier service to the specified address.
You will receive your package at the earliest on the working day following dispatch, of which you will be notified.
Your order for our jewelry in stock will be handed over to the courier service employee the next working day, but no later than within 5 working days and home delivery is expected the following working day.
Keep your package safe with state-of-the-art Track & Trace® technology. With this we can track your package and provide the necessary background documentation.
You will be informed on the morning of the delivery of your package. The text message contains the package ID number, the expected delivery time in a 3-hour time interval, and the courier direct
telephone number which the consignee can arrange for delivery on.
Please note that it is currently only available to Hungarian addresses via the webshop to place an order.
If you would like to order your jewelry to a country outside of Hungary, please send us your order by mail to email@example.com.
We will then issue a fee request for your order and send it to you. After receiving the amount and processing the invoice, the order will be delivered. After balancing the amount and issuing the invoice, we will deliver your jewelry to you by GLS courier service.
The transit time for foreign shipments can be between 2-10 days, which varies from country to country, and any customs clearance time and costs should be considered in each case.

In the countries marked with**, the expected customs clearance fee is HUF 9,550, the exact value of which can be inquired from us before ordering by indicating the exact delivery address.

The prices of international shipping are for information only. Please contact our customer service team for clarification.
For packages not received after unsuccessful delivery, the shipment can be automatically returned to the seller after the expiration of the storage period. In this case, the return fee is borne by the customer because the order is subject to payment and receipt.
Please always check your package in front of the courier service staff. In all cases, if you notice any damage to the product or you may find traces of resolution, ask for the report to be recorded. Failing this, we will not be able to accept any subsequent complaints. The buyer is obliged to check the integrity of his package in front of an employee of the delivery company and to receive only faultless goods.
The seller does not accept any liability for damage resulting from the delivery. The costs of indemnification shall be borne by the transport company, but the seller undertakes to contribute in the conduct of the case.
Pursuant to the relevant legislation, the Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase of his jewelry ordered from stock with a return deadline of 14 days.
You can make an intention to withdraw by filling in the withdrawal form.

You can also request this by e-mail and we will send it to you, which must be returned in all cases.
For sale right of withdrawal for unjustified purchase 14 calendar days from receipt of the product
Only goods in their original packaging, containing all parts of the packaging, intact and faultless in all parts, are accepted. If you return damaged or incompletely packaged goods, return damaged goods or goods showing traces of use, the Seller may be denied the right of withdrawal.
The return fee is always borne by the Buyer.
We do not accept the Buyer’s intention to withdraw from the purchase of unique jewelry made only for the given customer. There is no possibility to refund individual orders.
